TRADITIONAL KARATE
Traditional Karate sessions focus on learning the fundamental aspects of Wado Ryu Karate - Kihon, Kata & Kumite.
Students will learn the grading syllabus for each belt set out by the Welsh Bushi-Kai Karate Association.

SPORT KARATE
Sport Karate sessions focus on the kumite element of karate and preparation for competing in tournaments.
Sessions will include intense fitness drills and exercises. Students will also fight to develop their skills and technique for competition scoring.
